Gabriel Warren
Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant based in Tallahassee, Florida. He previously practiced law as a shareholder at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., advising clients in healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming. His legal career spanned over 14 years, focused on civil, regulatory, and administrative law. Born in Tallahassee on April 6, 1984, Gabriel attended local schools and participated in the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science from Duke University in 2006, while also working in the athletic department. Gabriel pursued his legal studies at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he earned Dean’s Scholar recognition. He was active in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and volunteered with the Legal Aid Society. He graduated in May 2010 with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. During his education, Gabriel gained experience with The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., interned for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he was a Summer Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, focusing on research and case preparation. At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and other regulated businesses, guiding them through licensing, compliance, reimbursement, and enforcement issues. He also advised clients in the gaming and alcohol industries. Gabriel supports causes including America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He remains involved with local schools, Duke University, and environmental groups. He enjoys time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley, along with golfing, fishing, and traveling. Gabriel Warren continues to value both his work and community service.
